Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carnmhor, a stunning 242-year-old cottage right on the shore of the Isle of Skye, and wow, it was a dream! the location is simply breathtaking, with views of the loch that left us all in awe each morning. We could feel the tranquil vibes as we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace—seriously, it was the perfect way to start the day! the cottage itself was immaculately set up, with every convenience we could think of, from a cozy living space to a delightful outdoor area perfect for barbecues. My friends and I were all about the game console and iPad, which added an unexpected touch of fun to our evenings. Plus, the nearby town of Broadford had all the essentials for our stay, making grocery runs a breeze. Honestly, I can't wait to come back and stretch out our stay; there’s just so much to explore—hiking, fishing, and soaking in the beauty of Skye. If you’re looking for a cozy, charming getaway, you simply can't go wrong with Carnmhor! 🌊🌄.
